👋 Hi, I'm Fifi

Real tools for the hard-to-name feelings.

A small library of worksheets, explainers and honest notes from a psychotherapist in Ireland — for anyone trying to feel a bit more themselves.

Hi, I'm Fifi.

I'm an IACP-accredited psychotherapist based in Ireland. I see clients online for counselling and coaching, and I created this space for those moments when you need a little help, but you're not quite sure what kind of help you need.

Sometimes you want to understand what's happening. Sometimes you need something practical to try. Sometimes you just need the right words, perspective, or tool at the right moment.

This is my mental health library — a collection of worksheets, ideas, theories, therapeutic tools, useful websites, and resources that I've found genuinely helpful through my work and learning as a psychotherapist.

No jargon. No telling you how you should feel.

Just useful things to explore, understand, and come back to when you need them.

I hope you find something here that helps.

— Fifi

Want to talk it through properly?

The library is free, and it always will be. But sometimes a worksheet isn't enough and you'd rather have an actual human in your corner. I offer online counselling and coaching, one to one, from wherever you are.

Single session

€60

50 minutes. One thing, one hour (well, nearly).

6-session block

€360

Short, focused work. We agree the focus in session one and look back together at the end.

Deep dive

€90

90 minutes. For when 50 minutes just gets you warmed up.

Not sure which one, or whether I'm the right person? That's what the free chat is for. No pressure, and if I'm not the right fit I'll point you to someone who is.

Say hello

Whether you want to book in, ask a question first, or just check whether this is the right kind of help, email me and I'll get back to you. You don't need to have the words sorted yet. "I'm not sure where to start" is a perfectly good opening line.
